Asian Grilled Salmon
1 side fresh salmon (about 3 pounds)
Marinade: 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons soy sauce 6 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Preheat broiler. Cut salmon crosswise into equal pieces, place in glass baking pan. Whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Pour marinade over salmon, let sit for 10-15 minutes. Place salmon on broiling pan, discard remaining marinade. Broil for 8-10 minutes, until top is crispy and salmon is cooked through. (Don’t turn the salmon)
